Vitamin B complex is a group of eight essential vitamins:

B1 (Thiamine), B2 (Riboflavin), B3 (Niacin), B5 (Pantothenic Acid), B6 (Pyridoxine), B7 (Biotin), B9 (Folic Acid), and B12 (Cobalamin). These vitamins are crucial for overall health.

Symptoms of Vitamin B Complex Deficiency:

1. Fatigue and Weakness
One of the most common symptoms of vitamin B complex deficiency is fatigue and weakness. Since these vitamins help in energy production, their deficiency can make a person feel exhausted and weak.

2. Mental Health Issues
Vitamins B1, B6, and B12 play a key role in brain health. A deficiency can lead to irritability, anxiety, depression, poor concentration, and memory-related problems.

3. Skin Problems
Lack of vitamin B complex can cause skin issues such as itching, dryness, redness, and rashes. Particularly, a deficiency of Biotin (B7) and Niacin (B3) affects skin health.

4. Hair Loss
Vitamin B7 (Biotin) deficiency can lead to hair loss, thinning hair, and reduced hair quality.

5. Numbness and Tingling in Hands and Feet
Deficiencies of vitamins B12 and B6 can cause numbness and tingling sensations in the hands and feet, indicating nerve damage.

6. Anemia (Low Red Blood Cell Count)
Lack of vitamins B9 (Folic Acid) and B12 can reduce red blood cell production, leading to anemia. Symptoms may include extreme fatigue, pale skin, and difficulty breathing.

7. Digestive Problems
Vitamin B deficiency can also impact the digestive system, causing loss of appetite, nausea, stomach pain, and diarrhea.

8. Mouth and Tongue Issues
A deficiency in vitamin B complex can lead to mouth ulcers, swollen tongue, and redness. In particular, vitamins B2 and B3 deficiencies are associated with these symptoms.

Vitamin B complex is essential for energy production, mental health, nervous system function, and overall well-being. If you experience any of these symptoms, focus on your diet and consult a dietitian.

Important Note:
